Your repairer will always aim to meet your agreed repair booking date. However, the booking in date may not always be the same day your vehicle repairs start.
Our goal is to reduce the time your vehicle is off the road. If your vehicle is still drivable, the repairer may first complete a full damage assessment and confirm the likely parts availability before bringing your vehicle into the bodyshop. This helps prevent your vehicle being booked in too early, which could extend the time it is on site.
We understand that vehicle damage is inconvenient, and we want to keep your repair process as efficient as possible.
If your booking in date is no longer convenient, you can use your Repair Portal to request a new repair date and reschedule your booking.
